Marianne brings more than twenty five years of human resource and professional coaching experience to her organizational consulting work. Throughout her career, she has provided a variety of human resource services for all levels of employees at several Fortune 100 companies. For the past eighteen years her work has focused on consulting with corporate executives on issues such as leadership effectiveness, succession planning, organization analysis, training, performance improvement, and team dynamics. Marianne holds a Masters degree in Organization Development and is a master certified Achieve Global trainer, a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and an experienced practitioner in large scale system change. As a certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) consultant, much of Marianne’s work centers around that aspect of a leader’s style and effectiveness.
